Conditions of Enrolment

  • I understand fees are non-refundable and realise fees must be paid for even when my child is absent – Active and Creative Vouchers can be used on fees but are non refundable but can be transferred to another provider.
  • All term fees must be finalised before the end of the current term, if not, dance tuition will not be provided for any student with outstanding fees.
  • I understand parents and siblings are not permitted into the dance room while classes are running.
  • I Understand students are not to be inside the dance room whilst classes are on that they are not enrolled to dance in.
  • DISCLAIMER: I declare not to hold HAPA liable for any injury sustained to my child/children, loss of life and loss or damage to property whilst enrolled at HAPA.
  • I give consent for HAPA to use photographs/ and or video footage of the enrolled student for promotional and advertising purposes.
  • I am aware that there is an enrolment fee of $25.00 to be paid on enrolment which will include my child receiving a medallion at the end of the year.
  • I realise I must pick my child up from the studio waiting room after lessons – no student will be permitted to leave the premises without a parent or guardian.
  • HAPA teachers supervise enrolled students in their enrolled class time only. All Children whilst at the HAPA studio MUST BE SUPERVISED by an adult at all times. Students are NOT allowed to be dropped off on their own prior to class starting times unless they are in the care of an arranged adult.
  • If I choose to cancel my enrolment I agree to notify HAPA and pay any outstanding lesson fees, I understand I will not be refunded costume money if costumes have been started or bought by HAPA at the time of cancelling the enrolment.
